CAPACITY IS RELATIVE
Once I noticed this Tanzanian characteristic of daily life, it became a point of fascination… It is just astounding how much stuff, and how many people, can be packed onto a motorcycle or a bike!
PLACES
I imagine this land was once covered by vast forests, which is why at random places one can find huge, old trees. The homes in the small villages are made with branches for a frame, and spaces in-between are filled with hard packed mud. Upgraded homes are made with bricks. Most are without glass windows, instead they have screen netting with a cloth covering.
While the homes may be very humble, many of the people are well dressed!
Now… about those wild animals…
