How can you go on a strenuous hike and not lose weight?
Armenian food, of course! Even as a vegetarian, there was always plenty to eat. We were served family style and they kept bringing more and more dishes to our table! Each meal was a feast! Apples were in season as well as peaches. There were many types of cheese, and the Lavash bread and greens with everything!
